Our most-followed story focused on Americans’ recent souring on assault weapons bans, with over 55,000 shares on ABCNews.com, nearly 1,000 comments and coverage in Breitbart, Politico, CNN, Slate, National Reviewand the Huffington Post, as well as of course, the Washington Post. Other pieces from the poll also received wide pickup, by organizations includingCBS, the New Yorker, Salon and the Boston Globe.
