Our services:
- Develop and consult on survey instruments. Summarize relevant literature, draft and review questionnaires, conduct pretests and cognitive interviews.
- Oversee translation with extensive verification processes.
- Develop survey designs, from establishing population parameters to sampling and weighting regimens.
- Oversee all aspects of data collection from interviewer training to multi-layer quality assurance and control procedures. Process, clean, weight the data for delivery in preferred formats.

Past performance:
- Survey management for the Pew Research Center, with more than 80 international projects completed since 2018, including face-to-face and random-digit-dialed telephone surveys in North and South America, Europe, East Asia and Southeast Asia.
- A seven-year series of surveys in Iraq and Afghanistan, recognized in two News Emmy awards and cited in the 2010 Policy Impact Award of the American Association for Public Opinion Research as “a stellar example of high-impact public opinion polling at its finest.” Results were cited by a wide range of high-level policymakers, including in a presidential address, congressional testimony and parliamentary debate, as well as in news, think-tank, academic and military publications.
- Ongoing work for multiple U.S. government agencies, including monitoring and evaluation studies for U.S. Agency for International Development and NGO partners in Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
